Based essentially on a “pay as you use” model with a portfolio baseline, the OPEX model frees Clients from the need for upfront CAPEX. Typically, there will be a one-time setup and configuration charge (OTC) and subsequently a monthly recurring charge based on the number of accounts, number of cards, number of merchants and number of transactions.
